During 8 of March, Valentines day and Mothers day, orders are being completed during the day without precise time. We contact each customer by phone in order to know what is the most convenient time for you to receive the products.
Delivery
All orders are accepted until 18:30
Courier delivery time: 09:00–21:00
Once the order has been placed the delivery of goods takes up to 2-3 hours

Please note
In case the name of the recipient specified on the delivery address and time is missing, courier is allowed to pass the ordered goods to the trusted third party (relatives, neighbors, hotel administration and other persons).
In case we are not able to contact you and specify the delivery details or pass the goods to the trusted third party – the courier will transport the flowers back to the KANNIKE flower shop, Reimani 9 or Tip-Top Lilled, Punane 56 untill the details are clarified.
NB! Charges apply for repeated courier delivery.
If the customer declines the repeated delivery, the refund is not acceptable as the company’s expenses have been incurred.
Please note that all orders are being processed once we have received the full payment. As a basis for order execution we can accept invoice confirming the payment. Please send the copy of the invoice by e-mail: [email protected]

If the customer specified delivery address and contact details are wrong. If the recipient declines to accept the order or does not specify the desired time of delivery.
