Set includes: white chocolate, passion fruit puree, cream 35%, dried raspberries, cocoa butter, glucose syrup.
In addition you will need: accessories for a water bath, refrigerator, cling film.
Short recipe: melt chocolate, cream, passion fruit puree, cocoa butter and glucose syrup over a water bath. Cover with cling film and allow to cool in the fridge for 6 hours. Roll into balls and roll in dried raspberries, leave to cool again in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
